ERNA KROŠELJ
CEO | DESIGNER
Erna Krošelj is a CEO at E-CREATE where she spends her days as a graphic designer and a photographer. During her additional Grafik und Webdesign IT schooling in 2016, she received an Adobe® certificate and became one of a few Adobe® Certified Experts in CC Illustrator®.
Back in 2009 she founded E-KREATIVA, a predecessor of E-CREATE and opened the Cultural Art Society K.U.D. 13, which advocates projects in the field of graphic design, fine arts and music. She is a founder of brands ANICONA.COM (animated icons) and KAMDANES.SI. She lives and works in Graz, Austria.

BIOGRAPHY
Who is the woman behind the scene?
COMMUNICATE DESIGN
Looking back at my life I worked in different fields. At the time it seemed like they had no connection to each other. But now all the dots are connecting.
I've always had various interests, namely computing, rhetoric and neurolinguistic programming, visual arts, mythology in terms of symbols and photography. These all lead up to communication. I like to inform and inspire and if I can do it in a nice looking manner, well awesome! That's a designer's job. And that's who I am.
If art is about expression, science about exploration and engineering about invention, then design is all about communication. It's a skill I've been trying to master the bigger part of my life and it still astounds me in how many forms it expresses itself.

TRAVEL
Exploring different cultures, their history, architecture and science, enjoying art and fashion, not to mention the food. Just to feel the vibe of different cities expends the knowledge and understanding to a whole different level. I believe the earth is exactly the right size for a man to travel around it once in a lifetime. I'm definitely still working on that.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I remember buying my first digital camera back in the late 90's when we were still playing the Solitaire Deck on Windows 95 and the first iMac was released. It was a Samsungs pocket and if you would compare it to the ones today, it was almost twice as big and so heavy, that it pulled my jacket down on a side, when carried in a pocket. Since then I'm on and off into photography, but in the last ten years I've managed to enlarge my PHOTO PORTFOLIO.
GOING SOLO ABROAD: Jan 12, 2017
When started crafting design as an owner and a founder of a trademark E - CREATE, self-employment seemed like a logical solution. Searching for a job in a foreign country was no picnic and projects have appeared while making new acquaintances. I decided to go solo. Yes, it's a struggle. True, marketing is a tough nut to crack! But ever since I count over a hudred projects, dozens of customers and countless coffee cups to keep me awake at night.
SCHRÖDINGER'S CAT
She could express her design and sealed it with an obligation, a contract of a sort, like opening a business. What she doesn't know is, if she would be successful, so until then, her artwork can be thought both successful and non-successful.
"Just open the box!", and she went solo!
