ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS allows you to log in to your website with administrative privileges. Different user roles can be assigned depending on the level of access and the responsibilities required.

In this context, we are not referring to your website visitors, but to users who access the BACKEND OF THE WEBSITE to manage content and settings – the people you trust and gave access. These users may have roles such as administrator, editor, author, contributor, or manager.

You can also assign roles to visitors, like subscriber or customer, depending on the features available and desirable on your website.

Administrator access is provided through login credentials (username and password). Please keep this information secure and never share your password with others.

We will never ask you for your username or password.

If you lose your user name or password, you will receive a new access data through proper channels. You simply need to CONTACT US. Please note that username and password will never be sent in the same message. They will be delivered separately and to the administrator email address only.

Similar to image or video galleries, we can also create an AUDIO GALLERY for your recordings. This option is especially useful if you publish audiobooks, present your music, or offer voice recordings as part of your services.

Sometimes it is necessary to enter large amounts of information on a website, whether for a contact database or a gallery of many small products.

CONTACT DATA refers to the website owner’s contact information. It may include only the details listed below:

  • First and last name, company or brand name

  • Address, postal code, city/post office, region, country

  • Telephone number, mobile number, fax number

  • Email address, website address

  • Bank details, such as IBAN, BIC, bank name, and bank address

  • Tax number of an individual or company, or registration number of an organization

If you are unsure whether the information you wish to provide fits within CONTACT DATA, please contact us.

CONTACT DATA is not the same as a CONTACT FORM.

You can decide for yourself if you'd like to display an EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, or any other CONTACT DATA on your website. It can be shown under the CONTACT tab, above the HEADER, or within the FOOTER.

If you want your visitors to reach you without revealing your personal information, you can use a CONTACT FORM.

CONTACT FORMS are useful for many reasons:

  • They allow you to receive MESSAGES from visitors without exposing your EMAIL ADDRESS to spammers.

  • You can specify which INFORMATION you want from users when they contact you.

  • When you are unavailable by PHONE, users can write to you instead of contacting another provider.

  • They help you build your MARKETING LIST.

Sometimes it is very important to copy data correctly and accurately, especially when dealing with long sequences that contain many similar characters, such as SERIAL NUMBERS (e.g. SN-778887777888), or complex strings with many different characters, such as PASSWORDS (e.g. Kx5yq_!gU7i{.f4m).

In such cases, the COPY TO CLIPBOARD option is very useful. With a single click of a button, the data is copied to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it easily wherever needed.

A WEBSITE begins with a carefully chosen name for your URL ADDRESS, usually related to your LOGO, called a DOMAIN NAME. A URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator and does exactly what it says: it locates your RESOURCE, which is your WEBSITE. You type a URL ADDRESS into the search box of your favourite browser, which then connects you to the desired address.

After choosing your DOMAIN NAME, you need to check if it is available for purchase. Prices for DOMAIN NAMES typically range from 10–20 EUR, but if the domain was previously purchased, used, or resold, it can cost up to 10,000 EUR or more. In the case of a used domain, be cautious that it has not been involved in fraudulent activities.

A DESIGNED PAGE is a page that spans the length of ONE SCREEN and includes a variety of ELEMENTS depending on the chosen OFFER and/or PACKAGE. Each DESIGNED PAGE is carefully structured to showcase your content effectively, combining TEXT, IMAGES, GRAPHICS, and INTERACTIVE FEATURES in a visually appealing layout.

The exact number and type of ELEMENTS can vary, so it is important to CONSULT with us before placing an order to ensure that the page meets your specific needs and expectations.

A well-prepared DESIGNED PAGE not only represents your brand professionally but also enhances USER EXPERIENCE and helps communicate your message more effectively.

To strengthen your business credibility, a CUSTOM DOMAIN EMAIL ADDRESS is highly recommended. It helps create a more PROFESSIONAL IMAGE and builds trust with your clients. While services like GMAIL or YAHOO are perfectly suitable for PERSONAL EMAIL, using them for BUSINESS COMMUNICATION can appear less professional.

Your website must be secured and protected with a certificate. The result of this is very simple, your website will contain HTTPS instead of HTTP and a padlock in front of your domain name in the URL search window of the browser. It is important to enter a sufficient number of words on your website, so we recommend that you write your texts with consideration. At E-CREATE, we will then enter them in sets on the website in such a way that they are easily accessible to the readers. This is influenced by the type and size of the selected font, the layout, as well as the appropriate amount of text in each set. All text and image materials must be provided by the client. We do not assume responsibility for their content.

A VIDEO GALLERY is an engaging and effective way to present your VIDEOS in one organized, visually appealing space. Whether you want to showcase your portfolio or highlight your products, a video gallery makes your content easy to browse and watch.

Website also requires Cookies for the Website to function, these are the so called Necessary Cookies. 🅠/🅐 WHY IS A BLACK & WHITE VERSION IMPORTANT IN LOGO DESIGN?


It tests the shape without color
A good logo must work even without colors. This reveals whether the form is strong, legible, and recognizable on its own.


It ensures flexibility
Logos are often used in situations where color isn't possible (e.g. stamps, engraving, vinyl cutting, black-and-white print, embossing, etc.).


It simplifies production processes
In many printing and production techniques (like screen printing, laser cutting, etc.), a black-and-white version is the only practical option.


Easier file management and scalability
BW versions often require smaller file sizes, making them easier to embed or use in minimal digital contexts (favicons, print templates, invoices).


It provides a solid base for color versions
If a logo works well in black and white, the color version will have a stronger visual foundation.

 
 

🅠/🅐 WHY DO I NEED HTTPS://


On web pages, the prefix HHTP or HTTPS (S=Secure) can be found in the browser window. We protect our website by adding an SSL /TLS certificate to it. Why? And how? 🔒🛡️


A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY

① August 2014: Google announced that websites accessed via HTTPS will be given more priority in the search engine than websites accessed via the unsecured HTTP protocol.

② January 2017: Google Chrome Browser started to display a security warning on HTTP non-secure pages: "The established connection is not secure."


REASONS FOR USING HTTPS & SSL/TLS

✓ A lock icon in the URL will indicate that your page is protected.

✓ Your site will not carry a Not secure warning and drive visitors away.

✓ Higher trustworthiness of visitors.

✓ Better ranking of your website in browsers.

✓ Data protection when browsing the web.

✓ Email data protection.

✓ Protection of online communication.

✓ Compliance with Google's security.


Websites must be adequately protected. Also, the protection will soon be mandatory. This is ensured by the SSL/TLS certificate - a digital security certificate that encrypts the entire exchange of data between the website and its visitors. After installing the SSL/TLS certificate, the HTTP prefix in the URL address of the website changes to HTTPS, because it is now accessible via a secure protocol.

Pricing your services is always a tough challenge. At E - CREATE we recommend 3 steps.

① Ask yourself how much you want to earn on an annual basis and how much on a monthly basis, how many hours you want to work per month and how much per week. Divide the earnings by the number of hours. ⌛️

③ You are selling your knowledge, not hours, so the hourly rate should reflect the quantity and quality of work, not the time spent. ⌛️


EXAMPLE

✓ I want to earn | 60K/year | 5K/month.

✓ I want to work 40h/week | Weeks in the year ~ 52.

✓ My earnings | 1.15K | a week.

✓ My minimum hourly rate| €28.75.


During the calculation, we did not take into account days off (sick leave, holidays, ...). When calculating, we took into account the criterion that we have an established business for a 40-hour working day.


Finally, present your price lists to the appropriate target audience. Many people will probably say no, even because it doesn't belong in the latter, don't give up!

🅠/🅐 HOW TO MANAGE LARGER PROJECTS


The beginnings of projects can be difficult and overwhelming, so we divide tasks into several smaller tasks. We determine the duration of the project and also the intermediate steps, i.e. project milestones that we equip with a date. ⏱⌛️

If you are working on a project with several people, make a note of their contacts, functions and tasks. 🧑🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻


ADVICE TO DESIGNERS

If you are a designer, present the work plan to the client and adhere to deadlines, both milestones and the final result. Within the milestones, briefly describe your tasks and expectations. Example:

January 13, 2022 Start of the project

January 18, 2022 Submission of the first draft of the cover

January 22, 2022 Submission of the first draft of the book's inner fold

January 25, 2022 Deadline for submitting desired changes ...


Do not forget to add the expected payment term and payment terms, links to the general terms and conditions and to the price list of your services. As you gradually complete individual tasks, you will establish trust with the client, which can be a springboard for further projects.
